CUSTOMIZED BASE PLAN
Do you want a holistic food and supplement plan with coaching and training? Then you are in the right place. With the base plane we meet once, online or in one of my two offices, and after a careful visit (and some homework from your side) you get your holistic planning and coaching for the first 5 weeks.
The path begins with the first talk, an extensive review of the patient's psychophysical state, of the desires, goals, commitment and expectations.
I will explain you my working method and we agree the best communication way for you.
Afterwards, you will receive all the material and instructions necessary to undertake your personalized wellness program.
The base plan has a cost of 210 euros and it includes all the material of the Holistic Transition.
If you don't go forward entering the Holistic Transition, every subsequent independent consultation costs 95 euro.

HOLISTIC TRANSITION
This package includes 1 first consultation, 2 following consulations, all the working material (customized menu, Holistic Transition program, diary template, fooding tables) and the Bach flower mix that will be delivered directly to your home.
The cost of the Holistic Transition is 360 euro.
If you already did the base plan you will pay only the difference at the second session (180 euro).
After this period you can choose to continue with single consultations or you can decide to accelerate the march by moving to the Holistic Semester, by paying only the difference between the two plans.
The cost of the single consultations following this package is 85 euro, always including the Bach flower mix.

HOLISTIC SEMESTER
You can choose this path from the beginning or you undertake it after the Holistic Transition.
The path begins with the Basic Plan and the Holistic Transition plan but an advanced coaching package "Projects & Strategies" is added. This extra gear allows you to get on the right track to take off with your new projects in life.
The Holistic Semester includes 1 first consultation, 5 following consultations, all the working material and weekly feedback (customized menu, supplements prescription, food-emotional diary template, food tables, coaching package) and the Bach flower mix that will be delivered directly to your home.
The total cost of the Holistic Semester is 640 euro. If you come from the Holistic transition you will only add 280 euro at the fourth session.
At the end of the Holistic Semester, the patient does not need to communicate often but it is essential to maintain the successes achieved in the heart of personalized therapy.
Occasional consultations will be useful to take stock of the situation and review the Bach flower mix.
The cost of the single consultations following this package is 85 euros, always including the Bach flower mix.
